All responses to this RFQ shall be emailed to siltman@wapa.gov. The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal two (2) Fused Safety Disconnect Switches, two (2) AC Distribution panels, one (1) Automatic Transfer Switch, and one (1) Surge Arrestor. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 423610; Size Standard is 200 employees.
