This is issued as a competitive, total small business set aside. See attachment for all detals and information regarding this request. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote submission in order to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration. NOTE: Quotes shall be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. EDT on March 16, 2021.
