FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 331420; Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 01/27/2021 at which time all information, specifications and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted at the following sites: https://beta.sam.gov/ and https://www.feconnect.net . Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote submission in order to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration. NOTE: Quotes shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT on February 01, 2021.
