The Western Area Power Administration (Western), Rocky Mountain Region RMR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to: Elevator Maintenance located in Western’s Montrose Operations Center (MOC), Montrose, Colorado. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238290; Size Standard is $16.5 Million. Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) is seeking qualified and experienced contractors interested in establishing a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. WAPA RMR is requesting that interested contractors respond to this notice by providing the following information: (1) Company name, address, and point of contact, including POC’s telephone number and e-mail address. (2) Type of business, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUBZone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238290 (Elevator Installation), and DUNS Number. (3) The NAICS code under which your company usually performs the types of services described below. Provide description and rationale if other than NAICS 238290. ELEVATOR SERVICE INSPECTION AND REPAIR SERVICES The Contractor shall furnish all equipment and parts, including labor necessary to provide Elevator Maintenance and Repairs of the single elevator (unit ID 22528; SN N72303.41; Model: SNDAR210.R48) located at Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Montrose Operations Center (MOC), located in Montrose, CO 81401. The Contractor shall service and inspect the elevator during normal business hours on a regularly scheduled basis in accordance with the service plan chosen by the Government to include All parts, inspections, and regularly scheduled service visits for oil and lubrication. For emergency repair technicians are to be onsite within 72 Hours. Normal business hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays excluding federal holidays.
