Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to complete asphalt repairs at the Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA’s) PMOC, located in Loveland, Colorado. Area encompassing crack seal and seal coat repair is approximately 302,290 square feet (33,660 square yards).

The solicitation number will be 89503221BWA000037 The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes asphalt and crack seal which also includes re-establishing and painting all parking spaces and traffic control lines on the site. The project is located at WAPA’s Rocky Mountain Regional Office located at 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd, Loveland, CO 80538 and the period of performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. FAR Part 14 is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $39.5M. The solicitation including specifications and drawings will be issued electronically at this site on or about 04 January 2021 at the following sites: https://www.fedconnect.net and https://beta.sam.gov/ NOTE: The Buy American Act applies to the solicitation.
