The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes, but is not limited to, installing z-flashing, removing and replacing new gutter draining, providing new gutters, repairing gutters, correcting fire suppression system, replacing carpet, and constructing a new bathroom. The estimated order of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside, etc. The applicable NAICS Code is 238160; Size Standard is $16.5M.
