The full solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about December 16, 2019 at which time all information, specifications and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote submission in order to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration.
