Removal and proper disposal of sixty (60) existing lighting fixtures from the service garage, along with the six (6) existing wrap fixtures in the hallway and oil storage area and four (4) existing recessed cans in the office. The Contractor shall furnish and install sixty (60) replacement LED high bay lights at a minimum height of fifteen (15) feet from the floor. The Contractor will furnish six (6) LED lights in the hallways and the four (4) surface mounted LED fixtures in the office. The work is located at WAPA in Montrose, Colorado. The completion date is within 60 days.

The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes Removal and proper disposal of sixty (60) existing lighting fixtures from the service garage, along with the six (6) existing wrap fixtures in the hallway and oil storage area and four (4) existing recessed cans in the office. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238210; Size Standard is $16.5 Million.
