Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW), Phoenix, AZ Office has a requirement for providing Pascor Atlantic Brand parts to replace the live parts on Liberty Substation’s TTR-6 230kV Disconnect Switches (LIB 1881, 1883, 1885). This is a Brand Name Requirement and the justification is posted with this notice. The manufacturer is Pascor Atlantic. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside with an assigned NAICS of 335313 with a size standard of 1250 employees. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated, and only new equipment will be accepted.
