This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside with an assigned NAICS of 335911 with a size standard of 1250 employees and is also a Brand Name requirement. The Brand Name Justification will be posted here upon issuance of the Request for Quote. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated, and only new equipment will be accepted.
