This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 with a size standard of $16.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between to $250,000 and $500,000. Place of performance will be Phoenix, AZ. The purpose of this project is to: 1.Furnish, install, connect, and test the intelligent, microprocessor controlled, analog addressable, fire alarm equipment required to form a complete and operational system. 2. Remove & replace all sprinkler heads. The system shall maintain a vacuum at all time when any work is performed on the system piping. 3. Option Item: Install an engineered high-pressure Carbon Dioxide (CO2) fire suppression system Model Kidde HPCO2.
