The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238290 with a size standard of $16.5 Mil. This acquisition will be handled as an RFQ prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 13 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Place of performance will be the Hassayampa Switching Station in Southwest Maricopa Co., Arizona. This project will require the contractor to provide all necessary equipment, material and labor to provide structural fill repair and excavation for the access roads and ditches. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings.
