This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ) related to the Regrade Del Bac – Tucson Right of Way between Structure 6/3 and 6/4. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238910 with a size standard of $16.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an RFQ prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 13 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Place of performance will be in Pima County, AZ. This project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary for: requires the services of a qualified Contractor to perform the regrading of the Right of Way (ROW) between structures 6/3 and 6/4 of the Del Bac-Tucson Transmission line. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. The solicitation, specifications and drawings, and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet free of charge.
