Used, like new or refurbished item(s) will not be accepted. All item(s) quoted must be new and meet or exceed the attached specifications in order to be considered for award. Revision: The new mobile generator must be in compliant with EPA's Tier IV emission standards. The diesel genset shall be Tier IV Final certified.
