The Western Area Power Administration, Desert Southwest Region, Phoenix, AZ, seeks information/potential sources for Recreational Vehicles (RVs)/Trailers/Temporary Living Structures for sequestered personnel at various WAPA operations centers. Up to six (6) temporary housing units are required at each of the following locations: Phoenix, AZ, Loveland, CO, Montrose, CO, Folsom, CA, and Watertown, SD. Interested sources that can provide temporary housing units at any, some or all of the locations are encouraged to respond. Units must include kitchen, bathing/restroom and sleeping functionality for one person. Additional functionality areas of interest include cleaning, set up and tear down services; waste removal and disposal and linen, cooking materials (pots, pans, etc.). Capable vendors must provide answers to the following questions: What type of electrical connection is required for the rented unit? How much space does the rented unit require? How much lead time will be required to transport each unit to each WAPA location? This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) only. Response to this inquiry does not guarantee a resulting contract award.
