This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, not a Request for Quotes (RFQ), and no solicitation is currently available. WAPA is conducting market research on companies capable of providing galvanized steel substation structures and lattice towers. Eligible delivery sites span Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming, with delivery to surface storage areas adjacent to all-weather roads. Contractors must have structural steel fabrication experience and established fabrication, welding, inspection, galvanizing, QA/QC, engineering/drafting, and skilled-labor capabilities, including heavy equipment and the ability to galvanize large components (approximately 5 ft x 5 ft x 35 ft), for delivery orders ranging from single lattice tower pieces and substation supports/platforms to complex substation structures and complete microwave towers. Qualified interested parties should submit organization information, socio-economic size status under NAICS 332312, tailored capability statements, UEI, Federal Supply Schedule if applicable, and sole contractor/teaming plans; no phone calls will be accepted, and only minimum necessary information should be provided.
