The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source purchase order for CY2026 MetaMiner software license, to Infolytik Inc. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is February 2, 2026 – February 1, 2027. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by the date given under ‘Responses Due’ in the notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
