The Department of Energy (DOE) / Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) issued an award under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency, for obtaining hotel services for the upcoming 2022 WAPA Leadership Summit to be held on July 18 to 22, 2022. Per FAR 6.305(b), In the case of contract award permitted under 6.302-2, the justification shall be posted within 30 days after contract award. This notice is for information purposes only.
