DOE requires commercial waste treatment services, located in the United States, of radioactive waste for final compliant disposition of liquid, solid, and gaseous Low-Level Waste (LLW), and Mixed Low-Level waste (MLLW) including high gram quantities that could also contain Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulated waste, including polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) and asbestos. 4/30/25: DOE responses to industry questions and comments have been posted. In addition, Amendment 0001 has been posted to the Sources Sought Notice/RFQ, which includes revisions to the Qualification Package instructions and includes a new Attachment 4 required for submission. A redlined copy of Amendment 0001 is included for reference.
