Technical Assistance Contract(s) for EM Field Sites No solicitation exists at this time. This Sources Sought/RFI is released pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) Exchanges with Industry before Receipt of Proposals, and is issued for the purpose of conducting market research. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM) is currently in the acquisition planning phase for a potential competitive procurement for Technical Assistance Contract(s) (TACs) for EM Field Sites, including but not limited to the West Valley Demonstration Project (WVDP), the Moab Uranium Mill Tailings Remedial Action (UMTRA) Project, and the Los Alamos (LA) Field Office. Due to the preliminary stage of this planning activity, a Performance Work Statement is not available at this time for the requirements; however, the Major Elements of Scope are identified in Attachment 1.
