November 23, 2020 - Amendment 0003. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals and to make changes to the subject solicitation. Offerors are responsible for reviewing these changes to ensure incorporation of the requirements identified therein. The due date for receipt of proposals is hereby extended to 04:00 PM Eastern Time on December 10, 2020. See attached amendment. ________________________________________________________________________________________ November 6, 2020 - Amendment 0002. The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated version of the Section J, Attachment J-7 and to replace the Section L provision DEAR 952.204-73 Facility Clearance (Aug 2016) with a deviated version. There are no other changes as a result of this Amendment 0002. See attachments. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Portsmouth Infrastructure Support Services - Final Request for Proposal - Amendment 001. See Attached. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for receipt of questions regarding the solicitation and to provide the date and schedule for the pre-proposal conference and site tour. In addition, please note that additional reference documents have been added to the ‘Documents Library’ of the EMCBC acquisition web site. Any questions pertaining to the Final RFP should be submitted in writing to PORT_ISS@emcbc.doe.gov by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on November 4, 2020. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Virtual Site Tour will be held by the U.S. Department of Energy on October 28, 2020.
