March 30, 2022 - Procurement Special Notice - A Special Notice is posted that the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management is providing updated procurement schedule information regarding near-term Final RFPs (see attachment). Any questions and/or comments related to this announcement should be submitted to Aaron Deckard, Procurement Director, EMCBC, at the following email address: EMProcurementNews@emcbc.doe.gov. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ January 26, 2022 - PORTSMOUTH PADUCAH PROJECT OFFICE OPERATIONS AND SITE MISSION SUPPORT (OSMS) – SPECIAL RELEASE OF INFORMATION REGARDING ANTICIPATED CHANGES FOR THE FINAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL _________________ January 4, 2022 Portsmouth Paducah Project Office (PPPO) Operations and Site Mission Support (OSMS)- Synopsis, Draft RFP and Pre-Solicitation Information/Virtual Site Tour/One-on-One Sessions The Synopsis is issued for the Final RFP. The Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is publicly posted for review. See the the attached link to FedConnect for the .zip file titled “OSMS Draft RFP Files.zip” and the OSMS website at https://www.emcbc.doe.gov/SEB/osms for additional information. The purpose of the Draft RFP is to solicit questions and comments from all interested parties, and to assist the Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management in developing a Final RFP for this procurement. Additionally, as seen on FedConnect in the .zip file titled “OSMS Pre-Solicitation Info, Virtual Site Tour, One-on-One Sessions Info.zip”, DOE has posted the Virtual Site Tour on the procurement website’s “Pre-Solicitation Information/Site Tour/One-on-One Sessions” tab. DOE anticipates posting Pre-Solicitation Information slides to the procurement website later this week. One-on-One Sessions will be held on January 19 and 20, 2022. Registration instructions and a registration form for the One-on-One sessions can also be found on at “Pre-Solicitation Information/Site Tour/One-on-One Sessions” tab of the procurement website. The Pre-Solicitation Information slides, Virtual Site Tour, and One-on-One Sessions are all for informational purposes only. The procurement website’s “Documents Library” tab will be populated with information associated with the procurement over the next 10 days along with a non-disclosure agreement will be added to the “Request for Controlled Unclassified Information” tab for parties interested in requesting access to Controlled Unclassified Information related to the procurement.
