Small Business Set-Aside Presolicitation Only: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items, except for those items specified as government furnished property and/or services, necessary to perform Professional Management and Analytical Support Services; Outreach Services; and Information Technology Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The scope of this contract includes the services explicitly described throughout this document, as well as non-recurring services that, while not explicitly stated within this document (or the contract as a whole), generally fall within the services areas of Professional Management and Analytical Support Services; Outreach Services; and Information Technology Services. In addition, the scope of this contract includes support primarily for the DOE Loan Program Office (LPO), as well as ad hoc support for other DOE Program Offices and stakeholders as required over of the life of this contract.
