There have been 4 amendments to the RFQ, including this amendment. Quoters who have submitted quotes may rescind and resubmit revised quotes up to the closing date of this Solicitation, which is May 19, 2023, prior to 5:00 pm ET. The purpose of Amendment 4 is to publish this notice is SAM, there are no other changes in the provisions and conditions of the RFQ.
