This is a sole source action notice for the extenion and price ceiling increase of ther Kupono master IDIQ contract (89303018DEA000003). The requirement is for a full range of services for EA's National Training Center (NTC). The National Training Center performs the mission-critical support function of developing, maintaining, and delivering standardized health, safety, safeguards, security, protective force, and procurement training for DOE and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Federal and contractor employees. This support includes developing, providing, and supporting safety, security, and procurement classroom and on-line training at the NTC and other locations, managing training programs, providing cyber-security and information technology support for the NTC as well as at DOE Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and maintaining the NTC facilities and grounds.
