The BPA order provides the Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER) with coordinating national efforts to secure the energy infrastructure against all hazards and reduce impacts from disruptive events. Similarly, the contractor provides vital preparedness and recovery support, situational analysis support, and emergency response support as well as assistance with ensuring survival of potential cybersecurity incidents and maintaining high reliability of our energy delivery systems.
