The Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations intends to issue a firm-fixed-price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to E&E News (Politico, LLC). This requirement is for subcriptions to E&E News' five publications: E&E Daily; Climatewire; Energywire; Greenwire; and E&E News PM. Based on the market research conducted, only E&E News can provide access to the aforementioned resources, which will provide vital information to OCED. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods.
