The U.S. Department of Energy Golden Field Office (DOE GFO) is interested in pursuing a potential ESPC project at one or both of NREL’s Colorado Campuses. The South Table Mountain (STM) site is located at 15013 Denver West Parkway, Golden, CO 80401 and the Flatirons campus is located at 18200 CO 128, Boulder, CO 80303. This notice of opportunity (NOO) invites current holders of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) ESPC indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to submit a written response (an expression of interest) to be considered for contractor selection for this potential task order (TO) award. The scope of any TO awarded for this project is the buildings and facilities as identified in this notice. DOE GFO reserves the right to determine whether this requirement will result in one TO or multiple TOs. The Energy Service Company (ESCO) will be required to use eProjectBuilder (ePB) in developing the ESPC project and presenting baselines, estimated savings, and financial schedules to the agency. ePB is a free web-based system for entering and tracking ESPC data through the life of a project.
