The system must be a complete turn-key solution, including the ICP-MS instrument, integrated laser ablation unit, sample introduction kits, cooling systems, power conditioning, gas regulation, control software, installation, comprehensive onsite training, and a minimum one-year warranty covering all parts, labor, travel, and software updates. Delivery is required to the NETL Pittsburgh site. Equipment must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order, with service support provided for one year after receipt of order.
