The DOE National Energy Technology Laboratory is conducting market research for a Crude Oil Phase Behavior (PVT) System to support its Oil and Gas Center of Excellence. The system must be capable of producing live crude oil, collecting phase samples from the PVT cell, and measuring the volume of gas produced. This is a Sources Sought notice only—not a request for proposals—and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. Interested parties are asked to provide a cover page and a statement of capabilities explaining how they meet the detailed requirements in the attached specification. The responses will inform the government’s determination of the business type to use in a potential future solicitation.
