A1. NETL will provide Commercial Interim Payments, this clause will be added to the contract at the time of award. The Contractor shall submit in its quote a proposed progress payment schedule. The schedule should include detailed language for the completion of work at specific intervals. For example, "x" percent with receipt of purchase order, "x" percent at upon welding of structures, "x" percent at completion of factory acceptance testing, and "x" percent after installation, commissioning and site acceptance, etc.
