The purpose of this Amendment is to obtain final proposal revisions (FPRs) from Offerors in the competitive range. Offerors in the competitive range received a discussion letter with an attachment titled, “Matters for Discussion” in addition to this Amendment. Offerors shall follow all instructions provided in the discussion letter and Amendment 0003.
