C--Enterprise Construction Management Services (ECMS)
The Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Enterprise Construction Management Services (ECMS) with up to five contractors. The work involves a broad range of life-cycle facilities management activities in support of national laboratories, weapon plants, and NNSA site offices across the Nuclear Security Enterprise. Project complexity varies widely, from small remodels to new, multi-billion-dollar nuclear facilities. Services will be performed at NNSA site offices, national laboratories, and weapon plants across the enterprise. The work will be executed through individual task orders issued under the BPA.
