The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to identify 8(a) small business concerns with the capability to perform the services defined in the Draft PWS, with the intent of assessing small business set-aside possibilities. In addition, the Government is seeking feedback on the attached Draft PWS and welcomes comments and/or suggestions as part of this Sources Sought. Questions will not be answered at this time but will be used to assess the clarity of the PWS and allow OST the opportunity to revise and strengthen the PWS prior to issuance of any solicitation.
