The DOE/NNSA’s Savannah River Site has a need to procure virgin palladium sponge. The Government’s intent is to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the first quarter government fiscal year 2022 for a minimum of 50 Kilograms of Virgin Palladium Sponge which includes Commission/Fee and Shipping/Delivery, with an optional contract line item for additional quantities. The Government is not obligated to purchase any quantities beyond the minimum of 50 Kilograms; however, there is no limit on the number of times the Government may exercise its rights under FAR clause 52.217-6, Option for Increased Quantity in increments specified at the option CLIN table included herein. Any Option to Increase Quantity issued during the effective period of this contract shall be delivered by the Awardee/Contractor within the time specified in that modification. There will be a requirement to make any deliveries under this contract for a total period of 3 years from date of award.

Supplier shall provide a Certificate of Compliance that product meets all specifications and will specify the refining process that was used. Quantities will be in various orders of Kilograms for each purchase. Initial order will be for 50 Kg and each subsequent order amount will be fully funded.
