This is only a Sources Sought and is not a Pre-Solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Pursuant to FAR Part 5; no Solicitation exists at this time. This is a Market Survey to be used for planning purposes to identify potential small businesses of any size, but particularly searching for 8(a) small businesses. The Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is considering a design/build construction contract. The objective of this effort is for the detailed design and construction of a new Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF), to include paved driveways, and parking areas to be used for vehicle maintenance activities. NNSA will not reimburse contractors for any costs incurred as a result of their participation in this market research survey. Please see submission instructions and information at Attachments 1 and 2.
