The requirements of this effort are comprised of technical, managerial and administrative support. The Contractor’s resources shall consist of qualified personnel with experience related to construction management, inspection and oversight of DOE/NNSA projects, and nuclear qualified equipment procurements.This will include a full range of technical expertise including demonstrated nuclear construction project management, engineering/procurement/construction and quality (EPC) management expertise of large nuclear facilities. Personnel shall be capable of rapidly evaluating conditions, systems, processes, and procedures; with the ability to recognize strategically important efforts and then provide guidance to the Federal Project Directors for follow-on improvements. Personnel capabilities shall include individual contributions as a subject matter expert, as well as the capability to lead and coordinate larger team reviews with the same objectives.
