Smith, AR A. The purpose of Request for Proposal (RFP) Amendment 0003 is to revise the RFP anticipated award date and to provide Offerors an opportunity to extend their offers for RFP No. 89233119RNA000038 an additional 120 days. This Amendment 0003 in NO way permits, or invites, proposal revisions. By signing and acknowledging this Amendment 0003, the Offeror is agreeing to a 120-day extension of its offer. 1. The anticipated award date of this requirement is hereby extended through February 01, 2020. An award announcement will be provided with sufficient notice prior to the anticipated start date. The 30-day contract transition is now anticipated to start on February 01, 2020 with full contract responsibility expected to start on March 01, 2020. 2. RFP Section L Instructions under "NNS-L-1005 - VOLUME III –PRICE PROPOSAL,(c) Specific Price Requirements(vii)" are amended as follows: "A statement that the offer is valid for 300 days (180 days + 120 days extension). All team member and subcontractor proposals must be valid for the same period." All Offerors shall submit a signed copy (Box 15 A,B,C) of this Amendment 0003 to the Contracting Officer NLT 2:00pm MST on November 14, 2019 via Fedconnect, and via email to Chelsea.Murphy@nnsa.doe.gov. Failure to submit a signed copy of Amendment 0003 by this date and time may render your proposal ineligible for award. B. All other RFP Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
