Description The Department of Energy (DOE), Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) requires services from a single vendor to provide board certified psychiatrists and licensed clinical psychologists at various locations. Services shall entail psychological assessment and testimony at administrative review hearings. At time of award vendor shall have available clinicians that have a current Department of Energy “Q” access authorization or equivalent government Top Secret Security Clearance available for reciprocity. Primary locations of service are listed below. Primary assessment location within a 50 mile radius: Niskayuna, NY West Mifflin, PA Idaho Falls, ID Washington D.C. Lynchburgh, VA Erwin, TN The contract will consist of five ordering periods, with each ordering period being twelve (12) months in duration. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621112 with a size standard of $12 million. Quotes shall be submitted based on the requirements of this soliciation including the attached Request for Quote and Performance Work Statement. Vendor questions are to be submitted by 8/20/2021.
