Battelle as operator of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) for the Department of Energy (DOE) will assist the DOE in developing and executing the Energy Exchange 2023 training event. To ensure this event is executed cost-efficiently, PNNL must sub-contract with a company that has experience in supporting a large-scale federal event and experience in developing and implementing a technical training program utilizing a volunteer group of subject matter experts. The potential contractor must interact with PNNL and demonstrate the ability to select and manage a large group of volunteers (50+) who need to develop and implement accredited training across a variety of topics within the federal energy management community. The potential contractor must have a working knowledge of technical concepts related to facility energy, energy efficiency, water efficiency, and sustainability to conduct preliminary checks of technical training content (final approvals subject to PNNL). The services to be procured include the following: Identify and manage members of the technical planning team, including conducting and facilitating at least three (3) technical planning team meetings Develop and coordinate technical tracks and sessions, including session learning credit documents, intent statements, learning objectives, and session descriptions Build tracking databases for technical sessions and speakers; update and track them regularly Manage all onsite duties to deliver technical program and manage technical planning team Deliver full technical training program, including presentations, speaker biographies, quizzes, course planning documents to support International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Trainings (IACET) certifications, and develop evaluation forms
