Argonne National Laboratory seeks a supplier to design, fabricate, deliver, support installation, and commission a custom industrial furnace for R&D testing of fuel-flexible burners using natural gas/hydrogen blends from 0–100% H2. The furnace must support direct-fired and indirect-fired burner configurations and meet the attached Statement of Work requirements for performance, facility interfaces, applicable codes, and safety. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, with pass/fail technical acceptability and award to the lowest-priced compliant, technically acceptable responsible offeror. Offers must include the signed ANL-70 RFQ, point-by-point technical compliance evidence, country-of-origin information under FAR 52.225-1 Buy American—Supplies, lead time from PO through final delivery FOB Destination Lemont, IL 60439 with major milestones, signed ANL-70B, and any exceptions or deviations.
