Offerors must provide the materials/services on page two, review the applicable Argonne documentation, and return required documents to jmangis@anl.gov. Required submittals include a signed RFQ page one, completed ANL-70A representations and certifications, a published price list supporting quoted pricing, country-of-origin/shipping information, confirmation of lead time, and any DOE/GSA discount or contract details. Any tariffs must be included in the unit price rather than billed as a separate line item. The resulting order will be governed only by the attached RFQ and Argonne Terms and Conditions.
