Argonne seeks quotations for the materials and/or services listed on page two, subject to review and acceptance of its labor-hour/time-and-materials terms, statement of work, price schedule, on-site supplemental conditions, and pre-award representations/certifications. Quoters must provide a signed quotation page, completed representations and certifications, and either a published price list or redacted invoice demonstrating pricing reasonableness. They must also confirm whether they will accept pre-pay with shipping charges added to the invoice, using FOB Destination for domestic or DAP Destination for international shipments. Any tariff charges must be included in the quoted unit price because DOE will not allow them as a separate line item. Quoters should indicate any available DOE discounts or GSA contract pricing, including contract number and expiration date; only Argonne Terms and Conditions will govern any resulting order.
