Argonne National Laboratory is seeking local vendors to supply, setup, and teardown Event Rental Equipment for Open House, occurring in June 2026. The quantities are not yet fully known but will be solidified in the coming months. Please provide information in the form of cost per quantity. The desired rental equipment includes: Tents with sides, Tables, Chairs, Easels, Poster boards, Black Tensabarriers Picnic tables, Benches, Trash cans, Stanchions, Tablecloths White vinyl picket fence (used to block access behind the activity tents) Porta potties, 2 handicap and 1 regular porta potty and 1 handwashing station. If possible, handicap porta potties to include baby changing stations. Please review and accept Argonne on site terms and standard terms and conditions, and complete the ANL-70B Reps and Certs.
