Argonne is requesting quotations to supply the materials and/or services listed on page two, with any resultant order governed by the attached RFP/RFQ and Argonne Terms and Conditions. Quotations must include a signed RFQ page one and completed Representations and Certifications and review/accept specified pre-award documents. Bidders must verify country of origin under Buy American definitions, confirm domestic or international shipping and HTS codes, state whether they accept pre-pay and add shipping charges, include any tariffs in the unit price, and confirm lead time. Tariffs cannot be separate line items because DOE considers them unallowable. Bidders should also identify any DOE discounts or GSA contract pricing and direct inquiries to Jazlyn Mangis.
