Argonne National Laboratory is requesting quotations to supply the materials and/or services listed on page two, governed by the attached RFP/RFQ and Argonne Terms and Conditions. Bidders must review and accept the applicable terms and supplemental conditions, and complete and return required forms including signed RFQ page one, representations and certifications, and Service Contract Labor Standards Certification. Quotations must include a published price list or redacted invoice supporting price reasonableness, country of origin, shipping details for domestic or international shipments, and confirmation of lead time. Bidders must confirm whether they accept pre-pay and add shipping charges, and any tariff charges must be included in the unit price rather than billed as a separate line item. Bidders should also indicate any available DOE discounts or GSA contract pricing, including contract number and expiration date.
