Offerors must verify country of origin, indicate whether shipping is domestic or international, and confirm shipping terms, with international shipments requiring ship-from location and HTS code. Tariff charges, if any, must be included in the unit price. Additionally, offerors need to confirm lead time and disclose any DOE discounts or GSA contract pricing. Argonne’s terms and conditions will govern any resultant order.
