The RFQ will be evaluated using a lowest price, technically acceptable methodology. It seeks crossarms, pins, and braces for overhead powerlines, with specifications in Exhibits A through E. Proposers must review all applicable documentation and include a fully executed ANL-70 Request for Quotation, ANL-70A Reps and Certs, and the country of manufacturing origin. Questions may be directed to the Contracting Officer.
