The government seeks to source a Libra 5514 Pro camera or equivalent with a back-illuminated global shutter sCMOS sensor, 5.5 µm pixels, up to 83% peak QE, 30.5 mm diagonal sensor, 4608 × 3072 (14 MP) resolution, <2 e- median read noise, 77.5 dB dynamic range, and frame rates up to 670 fps at 14 MP/8-bit. Required interface is 100 G CoaXPress over Fiber or 40 G CoF, with air or liquid cooling to 5°C (air) or –5°C (liquid).
