The RFQ seeks a picosecond-pulse diode laser driver and a compatible laser head, evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. The driver must support pulsed or continuous wave operation, wavelengths from 266 to 1990 nm, pulse durations as short as 40 ps, selectable repetition rates from 2.5 kHz to 80 MHz with specific division modes, low jitter, external trigger and gating inputs, and dual-voltage power supply. The laser head operates at 375 nm, delivers <90 ps pulses up to 40 MHz, provides 5 mW average optical power, 40 mW CW output, up to 1 W peak power, with thermoelectric cooling and optional fiber coupling. Offerors must include fully executed ANL-70 and ANL-70A documents in their proposal response.
